Ricky and Rusty have been involved in the real estate space for many years both as investors, builders, landlords, title company work, and private lenders. We established REAL Texas Capital as a way to safely invest our own capital as well as the capital of our investors. With conservative underwriting, we believe private lending offers steady, predictable returns with significant downside protection.
